The staff!! Anna, Jarrod, and Jasmine provided optimal, personalized customer service to myself and my family every time we entered the establishment or phoned for assistance. The housekeeping staff was also very courteous even while passing them in the halls or in the elevator. The meeting room for our family gathering was great! The outdoor patio was decorated nicely, I just wish it had umbrellas for shade during the day and the pool setup and ambiance was also decorated very nicely, I just wish it closed a little later to allow for more time.

I originally booked for 2 nights & had to extend for another night. I didn't realize how ridiculously expensive the 3rd night was until checkout. I was informed the rates vary per night. The fluctuating rates per night should be within a reasonable range. And if I had known it was that expensive, I would have checked out instead of staying for the 3rd night. That price jump took the cool experience away for me.

Everything and everyone was great. I have no complaints about the hotel or staff. I'd come back again.
